Great!

I liked this song a ton, it has a very bubbly, harp-ish, arpeggiated background which keeps it light, and the upper melodies are really strong and good. There's a small resolution at :47 ish that adds a ton of character. Really good work!

Thanks Alot for the review, if you have anything ill check it out, plus can you check my other stuff?

Just Fantastic.

I love the melody and all of the sounds you used. This a great piece.

Flat out Badass.

thanks bro.

Go! Dance! Dino!!

Awesome song. It really made me move, the tones were great, the production was pretty good. I love the strong backbeat, that pulse just sucks you in. You did awesome, this just flat out rocks.

Kudos!!

Gario responds:

Mmm... hard hitting pulse. Glad you liked it, and hope you enjoy the other stuff I do here.

Thanks for sharing.

I liked this piece. What I got from it were ancient ruins of a megalopolis, overgrown and being reclaimed by nature, with strange, lurking shadows and strange small critters skittering through the mostly buried metal and glass structures. Maybe a still-live, pulsing electronic transmitter or giant technological beacon still emitting its waves upon the surrounding landscape. Great job!

Fun!

This was fun, and danceable! The drums got a tad on my nerves but I loved the melodies and the sounds, keep up the good work!

Wow.

I couldn't not start dancing to this song a little. I really like your choice of sounds and effects. The marimba-eque sample is ridiculously happy-making. This song is definitely going on my ipod. I don't think I know anyone who wouldn't cheer up after hearing this. A family member walked by, and asked if I had made this (even though I don't generally make techno music) and I said no, which prompted an argument over the particular reasons why this song is so better than my music. XD

Great work, It feels well mastered, none of the sounds feel out of place and I really love the melody.

jk182 responds:

Thats awesome thank you!

A bit nostalgiac.

Part of me really wants to hear this in better samples, but there is a guilty part of me that really likes the song the way it is. Reminds me a bit of playing Dinopark Tycoon and, to a lesser extent, Animal Crossing on the Gamecube. I did get a little annoyed at the repetition in the bass line after a bit, but that could also be sample-based in nature. Thanks for sharing the song.

gopotter responds:

I felt that the trebel overpowered the baseline enough not to care about doing to much to it, plus many of my songs do the same kinda thing.
Apparently, the guy who reviewified above you wants to make it 'sound pretty again' so I'll see how I can get him the midi...

Pretty Fun

I enjoyed the piano a lot, and the different sounds that you used kept me interested throughout the whole song. I think the first half really acclimates your ears before that kind of breakdown in the middle, after which I was completely ready to bob along to the last half. I kind of wanted a more developed ending from the song, but it didn't really detract much from my overall enjoyment of the song. Good job!

SkatingIsGenetic responds:

Hey, cool cool.

Glad you liked it. :)
